Love Notes
Every image is carefully curated from real film and digital into an artful gallery that takes you right back to bringing baby home.
On your newborn photography day, I'll artfully document your family in the comfort of your own home.
Before or after baby arrives, we'll plan together how you want this season of your life remembered.
For the mother who is expecting, whether it’s your first or your last and you want something a little different. A maternity photography session that thinks outside of the box and feels like YOU.
Maybe it’s eating ice cream on the porch.
Maybe it’s flowers spilling across the kitchen table, or a slow, cozy morning at home.
Maybe it’s the whole family, piled together, getting ready to make room for one more.
Whatever your story is, it belongs right alongside this beautiful season of welcoming a new baby into your world. I’d love to help you remember what it felt like to carry them, the waiting, the wondering, the quiet moments just before your life changes in the most beautiful way.
Did you hear? We aren't leaving our memories to disappear on a digital drive.
Photographs began as prints. Nostalgia lives in boxes, albums, and photographs we return to, to enjoy now and for years to come. My mission is to help you carry forward tangible memories and carry on traditions.
You have not missed it. Some of my favorite baby stories happen a little later, when babies are more alert, making eye contact, beginning to smile, or settling into a rhythm with their family. Whether your baby is days old or a few months into the first year, there is still so much worth remembering.
04 / What if my baby is already a few months old?
Usually around two hours, give or take. I don’t want you watching the clock while you’re feeding your baby or trying to settle an older sibling. There is room for breaks, diaper changes, bottles, nursing, snacks, soothing, and whatever else your family needs. The slower pace is one of the things I love most about newborn photography.
03 / How long does a newborn session last?
You can reach out before baby arrives or once you’re already home and settling in. There is no tiny window you have to hit perfectly. My newborn photography experience can happen from those first sleepy days through about six months old. To me, it’s all part of your newborn(ish) story. If you book before birth, we’ll hold an approximate date and adjust once baby arrives.
02 / When should we book our newborn session?
I offer newborn photography in St. Louis and throughout nearby communities, including Creve Coeur, Ladue, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, and Clayton. Most newborn sessions take place at home, because that’s where so much of your baby’s first story is already unfolding. Your nursery, your couch, the place you feed them, the rooms where everyone is learning this new rhythm together, it all matters. As a St. Louis newborn photographer, I’ll help you choose a setting that feels natural, meaningful, and true to your family.
01 / Where do you offer newborn photography?
Welcoming a new baby is a once-in-a-lifetime dance of learning each other, of who they're becoming, and who you're becoming too. Whether this is your first baby or your last, this season deserves to be documented with honesty, intention, and love. I’ll hold you gently and capture it as art, for now and for generations to come.
